LSKD 2020 Campaign
The Mission
Our longtime friends at LSKD contacted Donny Boy Creatives in hopes that we could execute an epic “California Summer” brand campaign showcasing and highlighting their new men’s and women’s lines all while demonstrating how we follow their mission statement and motto “Chase The Vibe”. Despite the travel restrictions due to COVID-19, our team managed to plan and execute a successful 4-day road trip visiting some of California’s top photogenic spots along the way. The aim of the campaign was to create content that inspired LSKD’s audience to “Chase The Vibe” while attracting and reaching newer audiences and demographics to their newly dropped ranges.
LSKD requested 60 professionally edited images of the trip and a 1-minute final video edit.
The Trip
The DBC team planned, organized, and managed every detail and aspect of the trip.
With a total team of 9 people, we traveled in style inside a custom converted Sprinter Van across the State of California for 4 days sleeping in a new destination every night. We slept in comfort next to the ocean in Malibu, then journeyed the mountains of Big Bear, and ended with an epic visit to the high desert in Joshua Tree before heading home to San Diego.
The Content
The DBC creative team captured significant moments all throughout the trip and was able to film and create epic content in three different climate regions of California in the course of 4 days.
The team exceeded LSKD’s expectations by delivering 300 extra final images, the requested 1-min video edit as well as an extended video edit for no added cost.
